Helping our customers and others with which we do business operate on a global scale is something we do every day. Lotame continuously monitors the global privacy landscape and adapts our privacy program accordingly to ensure we, and our customers and partners, can meet their obligations under privacy laws.
To assist our customers and partners in meeting those obligations, Lotame provides a Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) to customers that subscribe to Lotame’s products and services, license data from Lotame, use Lotame’s Panorama ID Offering through Prebid.org, and to data providers from which Lotame licenses data. The DPA governs the processing of personal data and the DPA Schedules govern any additional requirements under various privacy laws related to the processing of such personal data.
The DPA and the DPA Schedules are incorporated by reference into the agreement covering your relationship with Lotame; however, if you require a signed copy of the DPA, or if you have signed an earlier version of our DPA and need to sign our current DPA, please follow the instructions below to review and electronically sign the DPA.

EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield
Lotame participates in the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield frameworks and continue to keep to the commitments that we made when we certified to the Privacy Shield; however, we do not rely on the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield frameworks for cross-border transfers of personal information.
