Since founding Lotame in 2006, Andy has been focused on building the world’s leading data management technology. Andy led Lotame's successful ad network for several years, targeting thousands of campaigns valued at millions of dollars, all delivered and executed through the Lotame platform. In 2011 he shuttered the ad network to focus the company on its original vision: a full featured, SaaS based DMP. Under Monfried’s leadership, Lotame has grown into 100+ person company with offices in the U.S., E.U. and APAC. Prior to founding Lotame, Andy was an executive with Advertising.com from 1999-2005.
Eliza Nevers drives Lotame’s global strategy and product roadmap to serve the evolving data enrichment needs of marketers, agencies, and publishers. Fluent in the full product life cycle, from strategy to development and build, she brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience in tech to her role as Chief Product Officer at Lotame. Prior to her tenure, Eliza served as VP Product for Verizon Media. During her 12+ years there, she steered the development and launch of AOL’s first DSP, SSP and DMP, driving the evaluation and product integration of multiple strategic acquisitions as well as developing and launching AOL's unified Advertising platform, ONE by AOL for Advertisers. Most recently, Eliza launched her own consulting business where she defined product strategy and product development agile processes for various companies in and out of adtech. Eliza holds a B.S. in Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management both from Duke University.
Jeremy Pinkham is a seasoned technology developer and systems architect. He and his team have built and deployed the core technologies of the Data Management Platform that Lotame has employed so successfully. His expertise is focused on the implementation and performance of highly advanced scalable technologies. He previously led the team that built the first advanced reporting platform for Advertising.com as well as the company’s first email marketing platform and affiliate networking program. Jeremy graduated from the University of Delaware and currently lives in Maryland.
Chris Johnson is the Chief Financial Officer at Lotame, overseeing all aspects of the company’s Finance and Accounting functions. With more than 17 years of finance, accounting, and FP&A experience, ranging from the public sector to B2B eCommerce. Prior to joining Lotame, Chris held management roles at GXS/OpenText, Fugro EarthData, and CSRA; working with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic financial plans for rapid growth and M&A. Chris holds a BBA from Frostburg State University with a concentration in Economics.
Richard Gibbs is Assistant GC, Head of Privacy and Product Counseling at Lotame, tasked with further developing a best-in-class privacy program. In his prior role as Senior Legal Counsel, he built deep experience in Lotame's data and privacy solutions as the legal liaison to the company’s go-to-market teams. Richard brings 20+ years of experience as both a technology attorney and an accomplished engineer. He holds a J.D. in Intellectual Property, Business Law from the University of Baltimore, School of Law; an M.B.A. from Loyola University; and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech. Richard is a Veteran of the United States Air Force.
Alexandra Theriault is the General Manager for Spherical, a suite of CDP accelerator solutions, at Lotame. Alex oversees the Spherical team working alongside brands, helping them maximize the value of their first-party data to enable persona development, enrichment, analysis and advertising activation. In her prior role as Chief Customer Officer, she led the organization’s customer focus, programs and strategy across six continents. Alex brings 16 years of experience designing, developing and delivering world-class customer success for global brands, agencies, platforms and publishers across the martech industry. She serves as an advisory board member on Lotame’s Diversity & Inclusion council, and served as an advisory board member for a martech start-up in the affiliate space. Prior to joining Lotame, Alex was with IndustryBrains, a leader in monetizing B2B & Financial publisher content through contextual advertising, a subsidiary of Marchex. Alex holds a BA in Marketing and Business from the Whitman School
Omar is Chief Data Scientist at Lotame. He is the author of more than 15 technical papers and patents on statistical modeling, inference, ad network optimization, targeting, and inventory management. Omar joined Lotame through the acquisition of AdMobius, the first mobile Audience Management Platform, which he co-founded as Chief Scientist. Prior to that, Omar was a Data Scientist at Apple, leading the creation of iAd’s targeting database using data assets across the Apple Corporation. Omar arrived at Apple by way of Quattro Wireless, one of the first mobile ad networks, where he designed their core technologies in ad inventory management, network optimization and analytics. Omar holds a B.S. and M.Eng. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT, and is a Ph.D. candidate on leave at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University.
As the CIO, Eric leads the technology teams and strategy at Lotame. Over his 30-year technology career, he has delivered products for a wide range of industries, including security, financial, and government businesses. For the last 20 years he has become a leader in advertising technologies, starting as an early developer for Advertising.com's groundbreaking optimization systems. Eric held multiple leadership positions for Advertising.com, and upon AOL's acquisition served as a Vice President for the company. He subsequently joined Millennial Media where he led the technology organization through a period of extraordinary growth, as well as a successful IPO in March of 2012. Eric holds engineering degrees from the Johns Hopkins University, and currently lives in Maryland.
Christopher Hogg is Lotame's Chief Revenue Officer leading commercial business, developing strong relationships with enterprise marketers, digital advertising agencies, and media companies. Chris’ consultative approach is informed by nearly two decades of adtech experience and fluency in data enrichment and identity solutions. Prior to Lotame, Chris sat on the other side of the desk as a client evaluating, acquiring, and implementing various technologies for global companies like Independent News and Media, France Telecom – Wanadoo / Orange UK and Unanimis. Chris credits his leadership success to understanding what his clients care about in order to be the best partner possible.
Danielle Smith is VP of Marketing at Lotame, overseeing marketing efforts and raising awareness and adoption of its next-gen data solutions among brand marketers and media owners. In her previous role as the Head of Demand Generation & Growth Marketing, Danielle played a pivotal role in spearheading the successful go-to-market launch of Spherical – Lotame's next-gen data platform. Prior to Lotame, she was a marketing leader at Gartner, managing a portfolio of C-level events. Danielle holds a B.A. in Communications, Advertising from Marist College.
Eli is Head of Identity at Lotame, responsible for evangelizing the company’s cookieless identity solutions through product strategy, innovation and partnerships. Eli leads the charge in expanding Panorama ID adoption to unlock new audiences and decrease advertiser CPMs while increasing revenue for publishers across the open web. Prior to Lotame, he led product and strategy for FTrack, Flashtalking by Mediaocean’s identity resolution technology. Eli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business / Marketing from the University of Maryland.
Brian is the General Manager for Lotame's Data Exchanges. He is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of one of the world's largest and highest quality data exchanges. Over his 13+ year career, he has helped build multiple teams within Lotame including Lotame’s award-winning Product and Client Success teams. Brian is a graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
Fred Marthoz is responsible for managing global deals and works in close collaboration with different regions to execute such opportunities. A 20+ year industry veteran, Marthoz has led roles in product management, business development, and sales for powerhouses like Microsoft and Google as well as start-ups like Playphone and Mocean Mobile, across several European markets.
Gaurav Seth joined Lotame in 2015 as the company’s India Country Manager, and has been a key part of helping Lotame grow exponentially within the market. Seth has been an industry veteran in digital advertising and has spent the last 11 years in the data management space alone.
Sebastian Yoffe leads Lotame’s operations in Latin America & U.S. Hispanics, focusing on market development. With over 19 years of experience in the advertising technology space, he held leadership roles at Headway, Comscore, IAB, and founded DataXpand. Sebastian holds an MBA from the University of San Andres and BA in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
Nishanth Raju is responsible for overseeing business operations, forging strategic partnerships, and driving growth and overall performance in the SEA region. Raju brings over 17 years of experience in SaaS sales, client success, technology and data-driven solutions/consulting. Prior to Lotame, he was at Omnicom Media Group for over six years, where he was part of the founding team of Annalect Singapore.
