Since founding Lotame in 2006, Andy has been focused on building the world’s leading data management technology. Andy led Lotame's successful ad network for several years, targeting thousands of campaigns valued at millions of dollars, all delivered and executed through the Lotame platform. In 2011 he shuttered the ad network to focus the company on its original vision: a full featured, SaaS based DMP. Under Monfried’s leadership, Lotame has grown into 100+ person company with offices in the U.S., E.U. and APAC. Prior to founding Lotame, Andy was an executive with Advertising.com from 1999-2005.
Jeremy Pinkham is a seasoned technology developer and systems architect. He and his team have built and deployed the core technologies of the Data Management Platform that Lotame has employed so successfully. His expertise is focused on the implementation and performance of highly advanced scalable technologies. He previously led the team that built the first advanced reporting platform for Advertising.com as well as the company’s first email marketing platform and affiliate networking program. Jeremy graduated from the University of Delaware and currently lives in Maryland.
Mike Woosley brings over 15 years of executive and operational experience in the technology industry to his role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Lotame. Previously, Mike was part of the founding management team of Videology, a video advertising platform for converged TV across screens, serving as COO from 2008 to 2012, and as CFO from 2012 to 2014. During his tenure with Videology, Woosley oversaw Videology's growth from zero to over $200M in annual sales. Prior to Videology, Woosley was Chief Financial Officer of Advertising.com from its founding, working with Monfried and contributing to its rapid growth and sale to Time Warner in August of 2004.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Jason leads Lotame's efforts across business lines to evaluate market opportunities, refine product positioning and drive growth. He leads product, marketing, sales development, and strategy, while continuing to oversee the Lotame Data Exchange (LDX). In his first 7 years at Lotame, Jason built and grew the LDX into one of the world’s largest and highest-quality data exchanges. After graduating from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Jason spent 10 years at Bain and Company, consulting for a range of companies in the Fortune 500. Prior to joining Lotame, Jason spent more than 10 years as an entrepreneur in various fields.
Omar is Chief Data Scientist at Lotame. He is the author of more than 15 technical papers and patents on statistical modeling, inference, ad network optimization, targeting, and inventory management. Omar joined Lotame through the acquisition of AdMobius, the first mobile Audience Management Platform, which he co-founded as Chief Scientist. Prior to that, Omar was a Data Scientist at Apple, leading the creation of iAd’s targeting database using data assets across the Apple Corporation. Omar arrived at Apple by way of Quattro Wireless, one of the first mobile ad networks, where he designed their core technologies in ad inventory management, network optimization and analytics. Omar holds a B.S. and M.Eng. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT, and is a Ph.D. candidate on leave at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Adam leads Lotame's global marketing and product teams in helping publishers, marketers and agencies solve complex business challenges with unstacked data solutions. His diverse experience balances art and science, and includes stints as an aerospace engineer and patent attorney, plus 21 years in consumer media and marketing technology in leadership roles at Viacom Media Networks, Time Inc., Hearst, and PebblePost. Adam is co-inventor on four issued U.S. patents related to interactive video advertising technology.
Chris Hogg leads Lotame’s European operations where he is responsible for maintaining and increasing existing business and overseeing new customer acquisition. Chris has more than 14 years of experience in digital ad technology and operations for Independent News and Media, France Telecom – Wanadoo / Orange UK and Unanimis. Chris has held senior management roles for the last 6 years, successfully recruiting, training and leading large teams to deliver commercial results.
As the Executive Vice President of Technology, Eric leads the technology teams and strategy at Lotame. Over his 20-year technology career, he has delivered products for a wide range of industries, including security, financial, and government businesses. For the last 15 years he has become a leader in advertising technologies, starting as an early developer for Advertising.com's groundbreaking optimization systems. Eric held multiple leadership positions for Advertising.com, and upon AOL's acquisition served as a Vice President for the company. He subsequently joined Millennial Media where he led the technology organization through a period of extraordinary growth, as well as a successful IPO in March of 2012. Eric holds engineering degrees from the Johns Hopkins University, and currently lives in Maryland.
Megan McKenna is responsible for leading Lotame's corporate, product, sales, event and lead generation marketing efforts. She and her team develop programs and campaigns that enhance the visibility and reputations of Lotame products and personnel, and shape concepts and strategies that gain widespread marketplace recognition. Prior to joining Lotame, she was Director of Marketing at CBS, driving the brand marketing strategy and execution behind five national brands and more than 100 local brands across the 24 U.S. markets that make up CBS Local Digital Media. She previously played a key role on the business development team at Seamless.com, both selling and developing new revenue stream opportunities for the organization, and started her career at WMI, an advertising agency focused on digital and print advertising sales. Megan holds a BA in International Relations and Spanish from Bucknell University.
Brian is Vice President of Lotame’s Product Management team, responsible for driving strategy and product development across Lotame's DMP and Data Solutions product lines. Brian has helped build multiple teams within Lotame over his 10+ year career, including Lotame’s award-winning Client Success team. A graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, Brian lives in Maryland with his wife and three children.
Alexandra Theriault has over a decade of experience in the internet business and information services industries, defining and executing value driven initiatives with publishers, technology providers, agencies and brands. As the VP of Client Success at Lotame, Alex’s primary objective is overseeing customer-facing strategy, building and supporting programs primarily focused on increasing renewal rates, upsells and reduction in churn. Prior to joining Lotame, Alex was with IndustryBrains, a leader in monetizing vertical and brand-name websites through contextual advertising solutions, a subsidiary of Marchex. Alex holds a BA in Marketing and Business from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
Evgeny Popov is the Global Vice President, Data Solutions for Lotame. Evgeny has more than fifteen years of media advertising, programmatic and advertising technology experience. He has held a number of senior and executive roles for large publishers such as News Corp and NineMSN to programmatic buy side platforms RadiumOne and Brandscreen. Popov is also the co-founder and senior director of the Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney AdTech MeetUp and previously was involved as a co-chair at IAB Programmatic Committee, and Ad Tech Advisory Council in Sydney.
Steven Kim is the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Lotame, overseeing all aspects of the company’s global human resources functions. With more than 20 years of HR and operations experience from a wide variety of companies, ranging from internet startups, NGOs and small to mid-sized technology companies. Prior to joining Lotame, Steve held senior HR management roles at Sabre Holdings, the American Chemical Society, and GXS/OpenText; working with senior leaders to develop processes, practices, and establish the right culture needed to achieve their objectives. Steve holds a BBA from the George Washington University in Washington, DC with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
Madeline Rich is the SVP, Global Sales Enablement working to drive programs that make Lotame's team more productive, drive revenue and delight clients. With more than 20 years as a sales and digital marketing leader, Rich shifted her focus back to sales after spending 4 years on the Lotame Client Success team. Prior to joining Lotame in 2007, Madeline successfully launched the sales and marketing team for Quikteks, and led early sales efforts in the NYC office of Advertising.com. Madeline graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington and lives in NJ with her husband, 2 children and 3 rescue dogs.
Luke is a Digital, Marketing, Online Advertising and Business Development specialist with over 17 years of experience. He has dedicated the past 5 plus years to Data management in both the agency and marketer worlds, with the majority time assisting in the development of future use cases and opportunities with in these organisations. He has extensive experience working with key agencies, marketers and publishers in the APAC market place across all sectors from business and finance to consumer technology.
Fred Marthoz leads Lotame’s operations in Asia, where he is responsible for maintaining and increasing existing business and overseeing new customer acquisition. Fred has more than 18 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development and Sales for powerhouses like Microsoft and Google as well as start-ups like Playphone and Mocean Mobile, across several European markets.
