Lotame Named a Finalist for Best Workplace Award

Lotame is pleased to announce we have once again been selected as a  finalist for the Baltimore Business Journal’s Best Places to Work 2017! This marks the second year Lotame has been included in the list of finalists for this award.

Lotame prides itself on creating a highly collaborative, open and friendly working environment – where employees have unlimited time-off, company outings, and an “open-door” policy, where all are welcome. Being in an industry as fast paced and grueling as Advertising Technology can be, Lotame employees can all agree, the environment makes it worth the while!

Among the 40 companies nominated, there are four size categories. The four categories are micro (10-24 employees), small (25-49), midsize (50-99) and large (100 or more). Lotame was recognized as one of the best places to work at in the midsize category! These companies are among the most highly-rated by their own employees when it comes to overall happiness at work.

To be considered for the competition, Lotame employees filled out an independent survey on workplace satisfaction. The survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, the BBJ’s partner in “Best Places to Work”, scores companies from 0 to 100. The finalists and winner- the top three in each category – are chosen for having the highest numerical score!

In addition to Lotame, here are the other nominees in the midsize company selection:

  • Chesapeake Contracting Group Inc.
  • Gilbane Building Co.
  • GWWO Inc./Architects
  • James Posey Associates Inc.
  • Maryvale Preparatory School
  • Pessin Katz Law P.A.
  • Plano-Coudon LLC
  • RDA Corp.
  • Robert Half
