Lotame is proud to welcome Laura Lewellyn to our team as Senior Director, Market Innovation.
With a background in research, analytics and big data-based startups, Laura joins the Lotame team with the goal of deepening the connection between Lotame’s deep data assets, MarTech, and traditional market research.
In this position, Laura will serve as the connector between the Lotame sales and product teams, driving partnership and new product strategy. Her goal is to help position Lotame to extend its product and service offerings to continue to provide the most innovative, best integrated offerings to its clients. On the sales side, she will be working with Lotame’s CRO, Kevin Kohn, to support strategic sales involving new products and custom solutions.
As the worlds of research, agency planning, and media placement collide with DMPs like Lotame, Laura’s research, analytics, and product development expertise will be instrumental in helping Lotame’s clients succeed with their data. She will be interacting with clients on a continuous basis to understand their aspirations and how they are seeking to use their audience data beyond traditional DMP use cases.
Prior to joining Lotame, Laura served as the Director of Research at Resonate, where she led research and data strategy, methodology, and operations for the largest online syndicated survey in the US. She has also held key positions at startups including TARGUSinfo (acquired by Neustar) and Opower (acquired by Oracle), in addition to leading marketing analytics engagements as both a consultant and for brands directly.
Laura also serves on the board of the DC chapter of the American Association of Public Opinion Researchers (AAPOR).
When she’s not talking data or conducting research, Laura is often found on her yoga mat. She is a Dharma yoga and meditation instructor, and is also currently on the path to brewing her own kombucha. She splits her time between Lotame’s Columbia, MD and New York City offices.
