InView Time Spent
InView Time is an indicator of the time a person spends with an advertisement in an active manner. This includes the time a person spends with the banner where:
- At least 50% of the banner is visible in the browser window
- A person moved his or her mouse or typed something in the past 10 seconds
- The ad was in the visible window of a computer screen (i.e. the ad must be on the visible screen for Lotame to capture exposure time)
To see it in action, scroll down until the ad is no longer visible and watch the “InView time” meter. You can also try keeping the ad visible and leaving your mouse and keyboard untouched for 10 seconds.
