Flash Developer/Designer

Lotame Solutions, Inc is a data-driven audience marketing platform that uses social data to improve marketing accuracy for brand marketers.  We are looking for the right person to augment our creative capabilities to service the ongoing needs of our marquee brand clients to develop break-through social creative units.  Specifically, we are looking for a Flash designer with advanced ActionScripting skills.  This is a new position within Lotame, and offers the right person an opportunity for growth and creative leadership.


Responsibilities:
  • Works in a group or individually to develop concepts, approaches and storyboards for ad solutions. Please note that often times we will receive a base set of assets from our clients (such as Coca-Cola P&G, and ABC Television) and leverage those assets in the development of our creation solution/s.
  • Researches and collects information on materials and image references relevant to each project
  • Prepares project documentation and attends project meeting and checkpoints
  • Produces end FLVs, SWFs, and back-up images as necessary; works with raw video files to convert to FLVs as required

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Multimedia Design, Interface Design, Interaction Design or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience of using latest Flash software and its derivatives
  • Must be creative, resourceful, innovative and proactive
  • Knowledge of software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, and After Effects
  • Demonstration of advanced ActionScripting capabilities
  • Good drawing and animation skills

  • Digital agency experience a big plus
  • Building social media applications a big plus
  • Good judgment of animation speed and good sense of rhythm
