Data and Media Operations – Business Analyst

Lotame Solutions, Inc. is a marketing technology company powered by the superior segmentation of audience data. We are looking for a Business Analyst for our Maryland office. This is a full time position which is integral to the growth of the Lotame business. Ideal candidates are self starters who want to work for a dynamic company; we want you to work for us!
Responsibilities:
- Continually evaluate and research the market to determine new and innovative sources of inventory and data for use in Lotame’s Coop and Audience Marketplace.
- Participate in the recruitment efforts to establish partnerships for Lotame with “mid to long tail” publishers, real time bidding platforms, exchanges and third party data sellers.
- Manage operational set-up and account management for Lotame’s data and media partnerships.
- Lead various special projects that will allow Lotame to improve the quality and quantity of the organization’s data and media sources. In addition, these special projects will enhance the overall operational efficiency and scale of Lotame’s data and media operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years of Digital Media experience, a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising market and the technical operations needed to execute successful online marketing campaigns.
- Self starter that enjoys working in a team environment.
- Very quick learner.
- Bachelor’s degree.
