Founder and CEO

Andy Monfried is the founder and CEO of Lotame, provider of Crowd Control, the industry-leading data management platform (DMP). Since founding the business in 2006, it has grown to a 55-person company with offices in Maryland, New York and Boston. Under Monfried’s leadership, the company has played an integral role in the monetization of audience data for publishers and marketers online. Prior to Lotame, Andy was responsible for building the New York office of Advertising.com (now AOL Advertising). Through his leadership efforts, he and his staff generated more than $100 million in advertising revenue within five years. In 2004, Advertising.com was acquired by America Online for $435 million. He is also a husband, father of two, and junior basketball coach. Andy graduated from the University of Bridgeport.

Jeremy Pinkham

Jeremy Pinkham

Chief Technology Officer

Jeremy Pinkham is a seasoned technology developer and systems architect. He and his team have built and deployed the core technologies of Crowd Control that Lotame has employed so successfully. His expertise is focused on the implementation and performance of highly advanced scalable technologies. He previously led the team that built the first advanced reporting platform for Advertising.com. In addition, Jeremy`s team also created the first email marketing platform and affiliate networking program for the advertising industry leader. His outstanding efforts were rewarded in 2005 when he was the recipient of Advertising.com`s Innovator Award. Jeremy graduated from the University of Delaware and currently lives in Maryland.

Adam Lehman

Chief Operating Officer/ GM – Platform

Adam Lehman is a proven leader in the digital media industry. He has extensive experience as an operating executive, strategist, dealmaker, investor, and entrepreneur. Adam serves as the General Manager for Lotame's flagship platform business, and also oversees Lotame corporate affairs. Adam previously served as a Senior Vice President with AOL, and COO of its central business and corporate development unit. During his tenure at AOL he negotiated strategic advertising and marketing partnerships with leading Internet, media and consumer marketing companies, and closed billions worth of investments, mergers, acquisitions and joint venture transactions. More recently, as a Managing Member of Rock Ridge Ventures,  Adam incubated and advised several new ventures in the social media and marketing space, including Wondir,  NaturalPath Media, Goozex, GeniusRocket and Carmun. Adam began his career as an associate in Mergers & Aquisitions group of the corporate law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, and Flom. Adam is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School.

Bruce Budkofsky

Vice President, Platform Sales

Bruce Budkofsky is a digital advertising sales veteran with over 12 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Lotame, he served as the Senior Director, National Sales of Mobile, Social and Strategic Partnerships at Comcast Digital Entertainment, representing leading entertainment websites and mobile applications including Fandango, E! Online, G4, Movies.com, Fancast (Xfinity), Plaxo and Comcast.net. Bruce opened Fandango’s Eastern Regional ad sales office in July 2005 and built and managed a successful sales team, opening markets including Boston, Atlanta and Detroit. His region grew revenue more than tenfold by cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships with Visa, MasterCard, P&G, Sprint, AT&T, Samsung, Six Flags, Walmart and RadioShack, as well as movie studios including Warner Brothers, Focus Features and Summit Entertainment. Before joining Fandango, he sold both digital and cable advertising at The Weather Channel and Weather.com, winning numerous individual and team sales awards. A graduate of Boston University’s School of Management, Bruce lives in New Jersey with his wife and two sons.

Bryan Seltzer

Vice President, Platform Sales

Bryan Seltzer is a leader in forging and maintaining client relationships at Lotame. Seltzer joined Lotame in 2008 with nearly 15 years of advertising sales and business development experience under his belt. Prior to working at Lotame, he served as the Director of Business Development for Captivate Network, a Digital New Media Company, for three years. During his time there, he received various accolades for most business sold, largest sales contracts, and highest dollars booked. Seltzer also held positions at 95.5 WPLJ Radio in New York, a top rated, Disney-owned FM radio station, and at Metro Networks/Westwood One, which is the largest information provider to radio stations in the U.S. He has also worked as a Real Estate Broker as well as a Marketing Analyst at CNN. Seltzer graduated from the University of Hartford with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1993.
