Title: Junior Platform Solutions Specialist
Location: Columbia, MD
Lotame Solutions, Inc. is a marketing technology company powered by the superior segmentation of audience data. We are looking for a Junior Platform Solutions Specialist for our Maryland office, who will be intimately involved in getting clients up and running to use our platform. This is a full time position which is integral to the growth of the Lotame business. Ideal candidates are self starters who want to work for a dynamic company; we want you to work for us!
Responsibilities:
· Understand client needs and translating into solutions using our platform
· Create the client and users in our platform and set up appropriate roles
· Get the client pixels/tags for data collection, opportunity tracking, and API
· Navigate through webpages of sites and create rules using a tool that requires basic knowledge of HTML and CSS selectors to bring in various data points
· Create custom taxonomies/hierarchies
· Categorize data into hierarchies
· Build audience segments for the client
· Analyze data to inform reports for the client
· Receive usage reports from clients and perform billing tasks
Requirements:
· 0 - 2 years professional experience
· Moderate computer skills
· Ability to think analytically and methodically
· Bachelors’ Degree
· Solid verbal and written communication skills
Extra Credit:
· Previous experience with HTML, Javascript, and SQL
